Hi, I've not been feeling too well since the last 3 weeks or so . I'm suffering from some phlegm in my throat . This has been bothering me a lot especially at work where I tend to cough a few times and it's getting embarassing . I have been taking medicine but not getting better that much . In addition to this , I have caught a cold few days ago and feeling a bit tired . I'm also worried how this week will go at work because of my health issues . I really need some energy sent to me please ,thanks in advance.

Have some from me, I've got plenty to go around. Sounds like you need to get some rest.

You shall have it....

But I strongly recommend that you get that phlegmy cough checked out to be sure it is nothing more serious. Not to be an alarmist, but hypo/hyper-thyroid conditions can result in a "froggy throat you can't clear" and some cancers have similar effects. Three weeks is rather a long time for sympoms like this to hold on, especially if they began well before you got the cold. Best to be sure what you're dealing with.

Be well and be blessed!

Don't know where you live, but this could be allergies causing post-nasal drip which triggers a cough. There's also been a virus going around our area that developed into bronchitis for me. I tried to fight it with natural treatments for a couple of weeks but finally went to the doctor for an antibiotic. Three weeks is long enough to try coping on your own, please have a doctor check you over.

Sending energies for getting through the cold virus and getting healthy again. :hugz:
