My best friend since middle school is having a baby. The guy is kind of a deadbeat but we were under the impression that he had been doing better lately. In the past he had had issues with drugs, and not just pot or anything, I'm talking heroin and coke. We thought things were going well until yesterday we found out he lost his job a few weeks ago due to a really unfair reason, I'll give him that credit, but he got depressed and blew all of the money he was going to get from the time he did work on... you guessed it, drugs.
My best friend doesn't have the time to be dealing with this, it's like racing against the clock right now because her baby is due June 24th and she can't deal with all of this stress. She's so afraid to be going this alone right now. He has been checked into a rehab facility as of this afternoon. He's there and he's okay, we just need for all of us involved to be thought of right now. We're just really hoping for the best outcome because he really wants to change and get things moving for the better, he just needs a little bit of help, and so does she to help take all of this on, and me too because right now I'm the rock in the center for them so if you could just think about us over here and send us anything you can spare to keep us going through this, it would be greatly appreciated.
