Does anyone know what happened to the Hellenistai forum, http://forum.hellenistai.com/, it was working yesterday, but, it seems to be down today. I'm hoping it's just a bug in the system or something.

I don't know... I know it was working last night, because that's the last time I checked. :)

Right now, I click my bookmark and it doesn't even attempt to load a page, just goes straight to a "this server cannot be found."

Hopefully it's just a temporary glitch...

It is, I've just gone to it again, and it's working, glad it's back up, I'm really liking it there, I'm learning a lot, and I really like that there's a few actual Hellene's from Greece (the only one I know is Lesley, but, I think there are others?).

Yeah, the forum is back up, has been for a while now.

People are still re-joining, and it's got some features the old incarnation didn't have before.

It may just be a temporary thing, but, it seems to be acting up again, it just says 'internet explorer cannot display the webpage'.

Working just fine for me. Maybe you shouldn't use IE?

Seems to be working okay, David and I'm using Internet Explorer version 6 :)

That's wierd then, does anyone know how I can fix the problem with my computer/internet connection? (it's wierd 'cause it's just Hellenistai that won't display properly).

Have you tried deleting cookies yet? That's usually one of the first things I try when I'm having similar problems with eBay or Amazon.

I did do that, but, unfortunately, it didn't work, so, now, I've downloaded Google Chrome, and it's working fine, everything is :boing:.

If anybody was having problems viewing the Hellenistai forum over the last few weeks, there have been some internal server issues on DreamHost's end that seem mostly resolved now.
