This is a copy and paste from the Hellenismos.us website - a strictly Recon website for the practice of authentic Ethnikoi Hellenismos. I'm sure this is also posted on other websites, I know that Mike Crahart has posted the file and link on his Yahoo group as well. Perhaps it is also on other Hellenic forums.

I thought I'd post it here for like minded Hellenes.

Finally the official terminology for the ETHNIKOI HELLENES has been established and been made available in an English translation on the YSEE site.

The document is published on: http://www.ysee.gr/download/TELOSTFH.pdf and is titled Lexicon of Standard Terminology for Hellenismos.

It deals with specific terms and conveys to the reader the meaning and proper usage of the various words as they are currently used by all ETHNIKOI HELLENES.

We hope that it will be of some value to the reader.

Cool, Mano and Lesley already posted it on the Hellenistai forum, it's quite cool, the wedding article was quite interesting too.

It is wonderful. Well sourced, detailed - even gives pronunciations.

Maybe this is worth a sticky? It looks like a great resource and it would be a shame to get lost in all the other threads.

That's one of the great things about it, that it tells you how to pronounce the words, so, you don't mess them up. It's really cool that YSEE are reaching out to more people outside Greece (I also like the fact that they're part of the EU's anti-discrimination group, which promote diversity and are against discrimination in all its forms, whether "racial", cultural, based on gender, sexual orientation, etc).

That's cool, it'll be really useful for beginners who are just starting out in Hellenismos, IMO.
