Doesnt that move the cradle of civilisation title a bit?

I like music maybe I like it too much? To me developing a complex musical form and all that comes with developing complex musical instruments is a vast leap from people developing agriculture. Thats all we have for egypt at the same time period...

Shouldnt Germany be the cradle of Civilisation now? I mean WW2 cant still hold them back from the title
