when I first started my spiritual journey I used the *Medicine Cards*

Each night I would draw a card.................visualize the totem and then meditate...........I learned a lot from my friends and was taken may special places
Quite often I would see the actual animal or birds.........within a few days..............I drew Swan...........meditated and then 2 days later on the way to work...........I worked down a country road.........I saw my first flock of Swans
On occassions the Bird/Animal would speak to me in the phyical form......most of the experiences were journeys............where the animal would take me to show and share..........and on occassion visions..............
