hey. i had a scary car crash yesterday. no one else got hurt but i skidded off the highway and hit a pole and the car spun around a couple times. omg. as soon as i lost control of the car, i felt like i was suddenly watching this all happen in front of me but i was outside of my body. like i was slightly behind my real body. i don't know how my body reacted because i wasn't "there" it was like i was on autopilot.

is this common?

Wow, I am glad you are ok! I've never had that experience myself, but I bet others have. Are you feeling any injuries today that you didn't realize yesterday? That sure is common!
