I was just pondering this idea (cause what else is there to do at 5:30 in the morning?)...is it possible to over-meditate, as in meditate too much?
I find there are times when meditation seems like a chore and other times, like now, when things are coming so clearly to me that I want to do it all the time (if only I had the attention span!).
What do you think?

I dun think there is. I mean, look at Zen. I think they go days were they meditate most of the day when they're on retreats. (I think, at least, but I'm not 100% certain.)

Kendrah: That's very true! I didn't think of that!

the ones on the zen retreats have been training a very long time to do that and I am Fairly certain even they need breaks
and yes it is possible to over meditate
some of the signs are headaches, dizziness and nausea
its important to remember moderation in all things
