New CoT Login issues

Is there a place for us to troubleshoot login issues? I've "successfully" reset my password (according to the email) but it's still giving me an error when I try to log in - both with my email/password and with my "login name" and password.

or am I just jumping the gun and nobody can log in until 9/1 and I should learn to be more patient? :bigredgri

Send me your username and email, and I'll take a look. People should be able to register/login without any problems.

I am also having troubles logging in at the CoT website.

I registered yesterday and after doing so it stated that an email with confirmation instructions has been sent to my email address. But it never arrived. So, I am not able to finalize registration. I did this a couple more times thinking I had done something wrong and each time it finished with "a confirmation instructions has been sent to your email" and each time I still have not received anything.

Any suggestions? :smile:

Hey, wadda you know! No sooner had I finished that last post I received the confirmation emails (all of them) :woah: and I had checked my inbox before posting. So, either somebody read my post, thank you for helping, or it took embarrassing myself for the automated replies to kick in. lol.

I can't log in to CoT. It says my user name and password are invalid. So I tried to get an e-mail confirmation sent to me and it says my e-mail is invalid.

However, I did get an initial e-mail confirmation and I'm a member and can post here, so I'm a bit confused.

The CoT requires a different registration. So, even though you are registered here, you'll also need to register over there as well. :)
