Mythology, covering Greek, Egyptian, Norse, etc.
An overview of different types of Witchcraft. I'm a total n00b at this and I had no idea there was different types...I'm quite confused. lol

Just so you know Sacredsin I will be doing my divination class once I am settled into my new place this month and in it I will be doing Runes and Tarot. If you want more on Runes ( Rune Magick and so on) I will see what I can do about reviving my Rune class possibly in the new year. Let me know what you are looking for exactly.
And Ivy we are only allowed to teach two classes at a time right ? Let me know please.
-------
As for what I would love to see
I would love a class on mythology I use to well versed in most cultures mythologies but I think I am due for a refresher :D
As for herbs I give up teaching that class but if someone else wanted to teach it I would love to take it, it is amazing how things differ from country to country where it concerns herbs I always learn something new even after 15 years of study :)

I would love to take your Divination class again. Hopefully now that I'm older and more disciplined I'll delve into much more than I had before.

Wicca 101?
Non-theistic witchcraft
Just some things I wouldn't mind learning about.
I'm teaching a beginning Wicca (101) course- its enrollable right now. I'm also reprising the Spellcrafting class- its taught from an unbiased perspective- no altars, ritual tools, focus on gods, etc. I don't know if that falls under your non-theistic witchcraft, but its enrollable now, too. The syllabi are in the announcement thread. Both will release content on Monday.

I'd like someone to talk about Pagan crafting. Maybe a different project per week, posting photos of our creations?
Also, short classes on each of the sabbats. I'm planning one for Samhain, but it might be nice to have someone do one on each sabbat.

A class about Symbols, like:
Symbols
The history.
What they mean.
How to use them.
How to make own symbols, and use them.
I would definately follow this class, if it would happen :boing:

I could probably post a guided meditation that I've written myself which guides you through meditation ..... if you want me to post that somewhere in the meditation section. And, they're quite simple to write in all honesty, just need a bit of vivid visualisation and breathing to relax yourself and state of mind. Would that help anyone here??? because if so I will create a post and post it and hope it does!
I would also love to see a class on shamanism myself in general. It would be interesting I think and if possible also learning about deities or mythology and lost civilsations.

I think it would be great if those whom are well versed in thier own specific path were to start a class over it. It is really hard to find a path that fits you when you are starting off, and even harder to learn about them.

Well I posted a thread to discuss how others felt about it but...aw well, why not. :3 I'll put it here too.
I was thinking about maybe a magical creatures class, learning about what and who you can apply to your parts of the craft and who to avoid. I'd also be a bit interested in taking a class on different types of Wicca, though I tend to gravitate to a specific part. Trying to think of more things to add, hm......Oh, well It probably sounds weird but um....what about a lucid dreaming class? Something like that. Haha, sorry if they're boring. <;3

As a newb 101 classes would be cool... I think even repeated classes would be great. For example, there is an herb class or two in the archives. But if a new active class happened again it would be a different experience for us rather than just reading the archives... live feedback/guidance/ect with a group is more exciting. I'd love to see the classes start up again!
I think craft classes, such as incense making, or candle making would be cool.
I saw that some of them are non-pagan related either... i.e. the Japanese class. So perhaps even new people like me teach something. I'll have to brainstorm :)

How about a class on Magickal Sewing with all the talent on here I am sure someone has the ability to help others with this.
I was thinking about making things like items for the home eg Dream Pillows, pouches, cushions, items for the table like place mats for sabbats, Altar cloths that sort of thing.
How to add intent to each item like colour meaning etc.
I have a book on this but a class would be great as we could all learn from each other.

Astral Projection (how to)
Language courses maybe? Coptic, Heiroglyphics, Greek, Hindi, Sanskrit...etc etc.
Creating Magical Entities (thoughtforms, tulpas, etc.)

Practical courses like speed reeding (even if you do not get ultra fast, you can still improve your reading speed and comprehension), grammar, critical reading/writing/thinking, and etymology. Maybe none of them are fun, but they are useful and empowering.

Actually, I am sending a proposal for such a course (on cats only though, I have no experience with other animals) to my local community college. I would offer it here too if there was interest. It covers cat biology, cat behavior and communication (ie learning to read a cat's body language to understand what's on their mind) and also training (you can totally train cats! I reject this "cats are untrainable" notion!) So if people would want to take a cat class I'd certainly be happy to offer it here.

That sounds quite interesting! Although I've spent more of my life with cats, I'm more familiar with dogs myself. But yeah, cats are totally trainable. My cat is probably better trained than my dog. Then again, I have species-confused animals. Dog thinks she's a cat, cat thinks she's a dog.

I really want classes on as many types of divination as possible! Tarot, I Ching, runes, and other stuff that's not so common. I think it would be useful too for people who have been practicing for a long time to share their specific practices with others. After all, paganism is an oral tradition!
Maybe when classes get revived we can revive the mentor program too. I know I would LOVE to have a mentor. It is very overwhelming to be a beginning witch.

Greetings and Good Morning: Can we have classes centered on the monthly activities and/or rituals regarding the Full Moon, New Moon, and all correspondences. I am really interested in the Sabbats and Esbats and the proper rituals for both. The Witchcraft aspects are all new to me. My Book of Shadows is filled with mostly academia but not much on the heart and soul of being a Witch.
