I wasn't sure where to put this and didn't see a science forum so I apologize if this is the wrong forum. I understand if it's moved. :) I'm sure this is probably something a lot of you guys already know but I found it so fascinating. I am studying astronomy now and have always loved it and I was studying it earlier and read that many of the atoms in our bodies were once inside stars and these stars exploded at the ends of their lives recycling their material back into the reservoir of the Galaxy and in this sense we're all literally made up of "star dust." I just found that fascinating and wanted to share. :)
