I recently became aware of a book Celtic Spirit Fire by Michael J. McCoy. It appears to be a collection of tales, experiences, visions and dreams by a modern person seeking out his Celtic roots. Within its sample pages are examples of story telling that seem to me to fit the pattern of the ancient story tellers.
It's not been panned by CR folks that have panned the workds of others so I'd like to discuss what makes it more acceptable in the CR community? I've not read it yet but am seriously considering buying it based on the sample writing in it and presented here:
