Looking for a Mentor

I was hoping to be able to find a mentor who can help me with some of the things i'm interested and give me insight into some of the things i struggle with. Currently I'm interested in Animal Communication, animal totems, divination and communicating with the otherside. I'm interested in fairies and protecting my family from unwanted spirits and negative energy. I'm looking for insight on how to help my Daughter (who is currently 2 yrs old) in remaining open to any possible gifts while protecting her. I realize that it is unlikely i'm going to find a person with all the same interests and would appreciate help in even one of these areas:D Thank you

A bit older of a post, but I'll chip in some advice where I can.
