It's called the skinwalker ranch. (Like skywalker ranch.) Either way it's had just about every kind of paranormal activity there. What I think is the weirdest thing is some paranormal investigation group bought it and wont let anyone on it. What's REALLY weird is the fact that normally paranormal groups are self started and pretty poor. This group is funky. If you go to there website they have a section with the board of trustees or whatever and they're all millionares. In order to even be considered for the group you have to be ex cop or army and a bunch of werid stuff.
