what about showing past lifes...
i decided after reading the first few posts, that it wasn't going to be that dangerous, and besides, i was waaaay to curious... so i went into my garage and grabbed a medium sized squared mirror, wiped off the glass, and pictured energy lacing across the front of it.. then i set it up again that wall, sat cross legged in front of it, and... well i don't really want to saw stared...
so i "gazed" into the mirrow, rather looking into my own eyes... afer a while my vision went a bit fuzzy, and things about myself started to change... at first i saw my hair grow longer and very black, my skin seemed a bit paler, and i was wearing a headband, with a feather upside down to the left side of my head (right side in the mirror)
my frist thought was elf... but then, i seemed to keep thinking indian... i don't know if there is a way to clarify, but it seemed like a past life possibility
Next, i became very catlike, my gourm seemed to shift, grow smaller and darker, i could still see my acctauly self in the backgrounbd, but i did see my fetures start to sink down....

curious indeed...
no evil spirits trying to attack me...

Thanks for sharing that. Sounds like you used a plain mirror as a scrying mirror.

There is a lot of lore out there about mirrors and how they open doors for spirits and demons to come in. I've never given it much credence and have them all over the house. Mirrors can do wonderful things to make small spaces appear to be larger and I live in a small house, so I take advantage of this. I am careful how I place them, as they can reflect light even when a room is dark and interfere with sleep. Feng Shui has a concept that if you hang a mirror over your stove, reflecting the burners, it will bring prosperity due to the doubling of the stove surface. Contrary to that, Feng Shui also maintains that you should not place a mirror in your bedroom where you can see yourself in it when you get up in the morning because it will steal your energy. Feng Shui also maintains that you should keep your mirrors sparkling clean because dirt and dust will interfere with the flow of good chi.

Sorry, I thought it was 'cuz I look like hell warmed over in the morning...

I've heard of people seeing past-life faces in mirrors... never had that experience, sounds kinda cool...

i think i wantto try it again... this time without music on and keeping my mind totally clear... because last time i kept asking myself questions baout what i was seeing... maybe i shouldn't blink then my rods and cones will freak out and may shapes and stuff XD

I'll bump up a few more threads on scrying for you. Actually, what they do in Charmed that they call scrying is actually dowsing, since they use a pendulum. Scrying is done with crystal balls and mirrors and other things like water, etc.

Never reall ypaid attention to my mirriors in a spritial demonic sense I uselyy summon the sprit with other means to talk with it how intersting might have to try useing as mirror one day

Pretty neat stuff you do with mirrors. Don't tell hollywood. They're all into mirror tricks.

My best mirror thing: 50 or so little two-inch dance mirrors.
inscribe with a penticle
spell them such that they reflect to a person
all that person give out.
place around the perimiter of you property
keeps the riff-raff out
