Or at least your palm prints

I've been doing palmistry workshops and would like to get as many palm prints as possible. If you would like to help, I need a palm print that clearly shows all the lines on your hands. Also, a little bit about yourself (such as age, kids, any meaningful relationships) as I am only learning and need to know what I'm looking for.
Prints can be sent via email, PM, or if you would like, I can provide a snail mail address.

I would love to send you a print of Flar's hands. He has an incredible number of lines! But I'm not sure how we would do that :(

Oooo!!! Does he worry a lot? :T
Anyhows... do you have access to a photocopier?

and before I forget again... I would like it if prints could be dated.

And thanx Rainx!

I'm looking at both of mine and I have a lot of lines... I'd have to try and find my way to a copier or something.... How about ink?

There's only one thing I've ever wanted to know and have never been able to find info on. I have an extra, definative line on my right pinky finger. In 34 years of living I have only met one other person who has the same thing... Maybe I better get my scanner set up again :D

If the lines show up clear, then sure!

Ravens_Tears - Yours would be great! Not sure what the line means yet, but the pinky is your finger regarding communication.

Oh! Over here, over here!!! :boing:

The last time I had my palms read, 10 of went to a friends house and had this woman over. She was supposed to be fantastic but unfortunately I was the last reading of the day. (Big mistake I know.)

She took one look at my hand and said, "You'll die at 40."

Now, considering I'm 32 now, I wasn't too happy with this start!

I know when I do readings how tired I get. But I would NEVER tell someone something like that! Besides, every other psychic I've ever been too has told me what a long life I'm going to lead. (I'm holding them ALL to that by the way.)

So I would (obviously) love to get another reading. :D

Let me ask you one thing though...I'm left handed but right dominant. Meaning, I write lefty, but do absolutley everything else righty....ie. cut w/scissors, bowl (yes, I bowl!), bat, etc.

Does this matter? I've always wondered. :)

Thanks for offering to do this!!!!! This is so cool!

He has a chronic, terminal illness which he's had all his life. He does worry a lot but keeps it to himself.

He has the strangest looking life line you've ever seen. I have a copier at my old house, or maybe we can do one at the grocery store or he could do one at school. I'd be really interested in a reading.

Don't worry WC. Apparently its very hard to find a good palmist. And a lot of them misinterpret that because your life line ends at 'X' point, that that is where your life will end. It usually just means that your life is less clearer after that point.
And I certainly don't like any psychic/reader telling someone that they are going to die.
I'm not sure about which would be your dominant hand though. I'll have to ask my teacher. He normally mentions that it's the hand you write with, but if you do everything else with the other hand... Either way, when I see your print, it should be easy to see. Your non-dominant will show your past and your basic make up, whereas your dominant hand will show what is going on now and what is possible.

Ahhhh... that would account for the multitude of lines then...
These will stay on his hand unless he chooses to talk/write about them and sort through them.
Is his life line splintered? or have branches coming off all over the place?
Splinters will show significant life changes.

Hmmm, this is good to know. :)

Oo, this is interesting... don't have any ink to do prints with, but palmistry's an interest of mine! (Like, what isn't? *facepalm*) Been told I have two lifelines... which is weird. But kinda appropriate. I know some really weird basics but yeah, it's interesting.

Wish I knew how to do/preserve the prints correctly, huh...*think*

You're best bet is to use a photocopier. They usually come out reasonably good. Some people use the ink that the police use for fingerprinting, but that's really hard to get of. My teacher had this one class that used it... wasted two hourse of the class trying to get the ink off everyone's hands! Else, if you have access to a decent scanner, they can turn out good as well.

Hmm... my grandma always said if you really need to know if your righty or lefty, just whatch the next time you go to the bathroom. Blunt but it works, even on people like me who are almost ambidextrous.

Have you gotten into mounds yet? I learned alot about the lines but the mounds always confuse me. Theyre related to astrology right?

Max is throwing us into everything! Head first and ... well.. rear end up.
The mounds go by their related planet name (mound of jupiter, mound of venus, etc). Their... sponginess (for lack of a currently better word) can give an indication of how much (or how little) of that energy the person has.
My favorite example would be the mound of venus. Venus being the goddess of love, this shows how much love and passion a person has or is capable of having. A lot of people use this to focus on sexual relations, but is also a good indicator of how they are with friends and family and also how they feel about life.

You can also hold your hand or finger above a mound and literally feel the heat (read: energy) is coming out of them.

You say you've learnt alot about the lines, but have you learnt about each finger as well?

I could send you mine but my hands are diffrent. I have an extra line in my left hand... You see as a child I fell onto gravel and it embedded in my hands leaving them bad enough that plastic surgery was considered at the time. But nature took it's cours and things healed on their own. Most my scars don't show unless my hands are wet and go all wrinkly lol But I have the odd one that shows up. So my left hand differs from my right. But I could put my hands on my scanner later and try to scan them for you. :)

Ahhh... but even those will have an affect on you. My teacher, Max, had the tip of his 'money' finger chopped off when he was a kid (accident of course! :T ), and he had nothing but trouble with money when he entered the working world. Of course now things are different as he took the steps to change that.

Whenever you have the time would be wonderful. All prints are very much appreciated.

Are you still around? I finally got the scanner working...
Picture is attached. I messed with the color a bit to make the lines show better- they're not really this "salami-looking".

The blue/grey mark on the left between the three lines is where I punctured myself with a pencil when I was like, 4. Several of the smaller "fingerprint-fine" lines go into it kinda like a spider, but they are too fine to show up in the scan...

Would be interesting to see if you and Aine (in the other recent palm-scan thread) come up with similar readings... :D

I don't have a scanner to get my print out to you but I have a question about palmistry. I've been studying up and researching it myself and I have a question about a mark on my right hand. By my life line close to the bottome of my hand I have a mark that showed up on my print that I made it looks like a clove, no kinding. I can't find the mark meaning anywhere. Do you know?
