i've always been into meditation and astral projection, the power of will and all that, but not really into natural magick much. i accepted natural magick and the power of crystals and plants and such, but never really experienced them. today, though, as i lit a candle for both sekhmet and horus and proceeded to sit and meditate, i, on impulse, picked up my quartz crystal and began to twirl it in front of my eyes so that i was seeing sekhmet's candle flame through it. i wasn't thinking about what i was doing or why, i was just doing it. after i did this for a while, i closed my eyes, wrapped my hands around the crystal and rested my head on my hands. i saw storms, lightning flashes, a dark forest, and a dark field of grain. i heard someone say, "my love." i don't know if it was me to my goddess, or her saying it to me. then i had this intense feeling of someone looming over me, and i just cowered, afraid to even open my eyes. i was terrified and awed and intensely joyful all at the same time. it was very overwhelming. i finally opened my eyes and just sat there for a while, crying. my heart was pounding. i knew sekhmet had been there. and within an hour, a storm came out of nowhere (i've always associated storms with sekhmet). has anyone here had an experience like this, using a crystal to amplify and strengthen an energy or entity?
