I posted this in the Ritual section, but I wanted this to be here too.

Herbs/Spells to protect property

Really weird question.

I have a witch dropping things off in my yard. Oils on my car....ect. Anyone know of any good
herbs to sprinkle around the borders of my property to shake the nasty stuff off her objects???

I usually just ignore her, but my visitors to my house are being drawn into her castings.

Any suggestions????? Thanks for your help.

The witch's bottle is a powerful means of protecting your home. It's buried on your property or if you live in an apartment you can place it in a potted plant by your door. The bottle attracts all negative things & traps them. If you move, dig it up & destroy it & make a new bottle for your new home.

Ingredients:
Glass jar with metal lid (mayo jars are perfect)
Sea Salt
3 bent, rusty nails
1 egg
Frankincense
Sage
Basil
Mint
Mistletoe
Yarrow
Rowanwood Berries
Rue
Sandalwood
Myrrh
Garlic
Rosemary
Whole Orris Root (powdered it fine)
Sealing Wax
Thread

To Make the Witch's Bottle
Purify yourself & cast your circle. Set up your altar as usual, but have a chalice of water, frankincense burning on a charcoal, & a red, burning candle.
Purify & consecrate the jar & lid. Pass them over the flame of the red candle. Be sure to keep your intentions firm in your mind.
Put 3 scoops of salt in your jar. (use a spoon or the blade of your athame) While doing this say:

"Oh spirit of salt, purify my home & bring in strength & stability."

Place the 3 nails in the jar while saying:

"Oh spirit of iron, ground out any negativity directed toward my home & those that dwell within & let it return threefold to the sender."

Now call the spirit of each herb. Meditate on the herb & it's powers. Burn a bit of the herb on the charcoal. Chant the herb's power as you place it in the jar. (e.g.: Frankincense lend me your protection from the psychic planes.)
When you have finished all the herbs, remember that this is a ritualized spell & the point is to focus your will & power. When you have done this, place the egg in the jar, you don't have to break it, while saying:

"Oh spirit of the egg, fill this charm with life & spirit."

Now take your thread. The best thread to use is thread you have saved from a sewing project or such. Place the thread in your receiving hand & roll it around with your power hand, saying:

"Twist & turn all evil away. Twist & turn all harm from me. Thread be tanglesome. Thread trio up whoever would harm us."

Charge the charm by using a free-form chant to send energy into the bottle. Let your energy build & then place it in the jar through your hands or your athame or wand.
When you feel it's ready, place the lid on & put sealing wax on it.
Bring down your circle & bury the bottle outside the door most often used for entering your home.
