I need to know if anyone out there would know why someone wouldnt be dreaming. My husband has asked me this question.... "I wonder why im not dreaming anymore" then he follows with the remark that he still has his nightly "nightmare" but doesnt dream after like he used to. Anyone have any ideas???

Hmm... well, I worked the graveyard shift for about 17 years (and my sleep habits were screwed up for 17 years :) )... during that time, I didn't dream a lot, or at least didn't remember...

Well, you do dream. You dream every night when you enter your deepest level of sleep, R.E.M. sleep. But whether or not you remember the dreams you have during that time is basically up to chance.
Usually, if you cannot recall any dreams from the night before, it sometimes means that your mind was just over-worked from the prior day. When you're incredibly tired, your mind doesn't seem to take the effort to store in your memory the visions you have in your sleep.
Your husband may just be under some stress. Perhaps you could talk to him about it as there may be something on his mind that he hasn't felt the need to express yet. Good luck to you.

If your husband is troubled with the lapse in his dreamtime,
you could apply some wortcunning to remedy it; an infusion
of 1 part Mugwort and 1 part Calea Zacatechichi could help
him have more frequent, more meaningful, and more impressive
dreams when imbibed before bed... just be sure to prepare
it in circle, with the plant-spirits in attendence. Be
warned, however, that this may not make for a pleasant
journey through his "nightly nightmare", although it may
help him root out it's source.
