does anyone know if it is safe to take arnica durring pregnancy? i have been wondering and doing without because i'm not sure but my back hasbeen bothering me quite a bit lately without it. if it isn't safe is there anything to take that is safe that will help the pain?

I don't think arnica should be taken internally without medical supervision whether you're pregnant or not. It's usually recommended for external treatment for bruising & healing of wounds & such. If it was on the recomendation of your herbalist or doctor, you might want to check with them.

To my knowledge, arnica is NOT meant to be taken internally. It's meant to be used as a topical rub/salve/cream ONLY.
