View Full Version : Shared Dreams?

Do you think two people can share the same dream at the same time and interact within it? Some would say that when you dream you might spontaneously astral project from time to time, and that would explain my situation, but I'm looking for more opinions. :D
In the past two months I've been having dreams about an old school friend of mine (who I also had a huge crush on, but he thought I was too young for him, even though he's only 3 years older than me), and I'm happily engaged by the way. Anyhow in these dreams it's like he's realized that we have some sort of connection to each other. In the first one he actually asked me "Why am I dreaming about you? I haven't seen you in 2 years!" And I replied, "I was just wondering the same thing!" And in the dreams since we're always saying "What the hell, we're dreaming right?" (No these aren't sex dreams, but there has been kissing.) I'm just curious as to if he could really be sharing these dreams with me or not... They seem more "real" than other dreams I've had... I also have prophetic dreams every few months or so, but they "feel" dfferent from this...
I'd call and ask him but he was best friends with my ex-fiance so I don't exactly talk to him anymore. :) Give me your wildest explanations!

I have that connection with an old friend. We met in the seventh grade and I we first so it each it was like things happening in slow motion. A connection if you will. We were friends all the way thru school. We've grown separate paths but we still meet up in our dreams. It's like the dream informs us that something has happened in the others life.
We haven't connected person to person in a while just because it feels like were connected in the dreams. So, yes I believe it does happen. There are just some people you connect with but it's rare and a gift. I feel they're a person we new in a past life and that the path will continue to change but we will always be connected.

Great answer. :D I guess that could be what's going on with me... we were very close friends but after I split up with his best friend I think he felt he couldn't really talk to me out of loyalty to his friend or something... Men and their code of honor! But not too long after that I moved twice, so it's not like he knows where to find me or anything. I think maybe a lot of it has to do with the fact that I miss having a crowd of friends to spend time with... I don't have anyone to replace them so I go looking for them in my dreams... It's just so weird how I felt I was actually there talking to him... :)
