Have you ever dreamed something you knew was important but couldn't remember
what. Would you be interested in learning how to make mental notes in your dreams?
Would you like to change a scarey dream so it wasn't a nightmare. Or Do you already know dream control. Let's tell......... How do you do it?

Great Idea opening up a thread like this.

I've always been able to controll my own dreams, unless there is some vision or meaning within them, then I am set in the 'watch' state. The thing I hate is whats happening now, you've already read in the Prophetic Dreams section, I can't remember a thing, but I know it is there...I forget the instant I'm consciously awake...

I wonder about that, why is it you can do it in a dream but not a vision? Do you think there's a different level there?

I've tried, at one point I did good. I used to write, I'd get alot of Poems from my dreams and write them down while dreaming... Well I tried that but what I wrote in my dream I found it written in Italian when I woke up, I translated the meaning to be "Not yet Ready"
Kinda obvious in my mind what that meant. As-for the Vision question, I think that it's just that I am supposed to see it so I shouldn't alter it.

didn't want to edit so I'm adding. In visions I have been able to alter them in certain ways. You ever see the movie Minority Report?

When your having these visions do you know it's a vision or you wake knowing it's a vision? If you can say to yourself while having the vision, hey this is a vision then you should beable to remember something. I like to start out small with object I see or number if there are numbers in the vision.

Every vision isn't like the one I've been having recently in my sleep. This one is for something big and bad that is comming, I know that not from memory but because of my feelings and the sweat I wake up with, the..not so much fear, but reluctentness to sleep.

Any other vision I know, whether I'm awake or sleeping when I get it I know what it is and I remember. Something like this has only happened to me about three times before, I believe I explained during my first post in the Prophetic Dreaming Thread.
With Visions I can controll, I dont controll them but more or less manipulate them like Tom Cruise was doing in Minority Report. I can move things around change angles flip, rotate, etc what I'm seeing to give myself more information, I also have my Empathy during the visions I recieve

Your right it is harder to know a vision like that, I think back to one I had a couple months ago and it's hard to get out of the watch state. For me I can tap into it and know I need to remember things but my connection gets weak in prophet visions.
I'm still trying to harness those. But a warning dream is different some how than a prophetic one. They tend to be about things closer, a person, place more near me. My prophetic one are more a world form I think that's why it's harder a wider spectrum to harness.

I read this book by Hans Holzer called psychic side of Dreams. It was at a time when I was having a really hard time with being a seer. And it helped alot. It helped me understand my many types of dreams. Psychic,Prophetic, Warning, Esp, Out of Body Experiences, Survival Dreams and Reincarnation dreams.

The book helped me to understand how to tap into my dreams.
Make a mental note ex. Saying in my dream this is a dream, you know your dreaming. I need to remember that number it's important or that car, name.
Waking myself from a dream to remember something I might forget when trying to make a mental note. So I can write it down. Even changing things in my dreams like a past life dream to scary change it so I'm not scared and can continue.

It's a really good book if you want to tone your skills. And if anyone has a book you think I might be interested in reading let me know.
