Like many people, you're guilty of giving this time of year special significance. I, too, had this problem, until I turned "Christmas" into "just another Tuesday" (or whatever day it is.) Personally I think we should be generous & loving all year, not just one day (& so I live by this.) If you don't blow Christmas up into a great big issue, you won't be disappointed. If you treat it like a Tuesday & get presents & good food, etc., that's a pretty good Tuesday, isn't it?
