I had a dream last night, and the only thing I can remember from it was having a doctor tell me that my MRI came back. . something like. . . that it was reflective in certain areas? Or something? I don't know. That basically it showed some kind of damage, or precancerous, or something? Something to do with cancer. And the doctor wanted to check it again, do a few more tests, to clarify things. It was kind of weird. I havn't had my MRI yet, have no technical knowlage of how they work, to be honest, and I already have some precancerous stuff going on in other places of my body so it's a bit odd to have the dream talking about it in my head.

*shrugs*

Would this mean anything? Figurative or literal?

Freud said that dreams often reflect wishes or - in this case - fears, so I don't think it has to have a certain meaning.... I guess the dream just shows what bothers you right now and subconciously you're dealing with it.

Don't worry too much. (((Puma Hime)))

Please forgive my ignorance, but what does mri mean please. It sounds not very nice so you have my deepest sympathy and totalpositive thoughts.

Magnetic Resonance Imaging, I think. It's a kind of testing. Sort of like an x-ray or ultrasound, it's used to look at the inside of you.

...I must resist...analyzing...dream for lover...must resist...

...will...fading...

Blast!

Dreams involving medical equipment more often than not represent a sort of probe into your every day life. You must be feeling as though others are coming to discover certain things about you that they had not seen within you before and this has made you feel uncomfortable, or as with some other cases, this can symbolize a startling realization within yourself that has left you rather "open", so to speak. (...Longest sentence ever...)

The fact that "they" had found a cancer within you using this equipment doesn't certainly mean that it has to do with a personal flaw. Instead, often a sickness as serious as cancer within a dream can usually be translated to have a close relation with the latter of my run-on sentence in my above paragraph :). In other words, you may have, as said before, found a startling realization about yourself and are now forced to face it as a fact. This may be a lifestyle change...

...or an upcoming event perhaps? :shhhh:
