No, in no way is it a valid book to learn anything about druids from. Better ones are:

The World of the Druids, Miranda Green
The Apple Branch Alexei Kondratiev
The Druids, Peter Beresford Ellis

I also suggest www.adf.org
www.imbas.org
www.neopagan.net

I'm sure others here also have book and site recommendations.

Maggie

Hail and Welcome!

You don't say where you're located, but you could try:-

www.druidorder.demon.co.uk

www.druidry.org

plus, of course, mysticwicks druid forum!

Two books that I found invaluable are:-

Principles of Druidry by Emma Restall Orr, and
Druidry, by Philip Shallcrass,
Both published by Thorsons and both available in the US.

Blessings

Hi Ho and good tidings!
I am just now starting to have an interest in druidry (though I'm not new to Paganism at all)...so thanks for these sites!
