Whats a simple ritual or way to celebrate Lughnassadh. I'm not out for anything elaborate. Just something simply to recognise the sabbat.
Would lighting some candles (blue) and incense (frankincense) suffice ... or does it have to be something more. I'm new at this, and all the rituals, I'd read, seem a little out of my depth.
Blessed Be,
RubyRose.
P.S I'm always leaving these things til the last minute. Someone have a cure for that?

A calendar is a cure for that! ;) Just do as much as you're comfortable doing.

Ah. You'll probably get used to it after a few years. I've always been a really schedule oriented person, so the shift wasn't really difficult. Maybe a daytimer or other such thing might help?

You could just light some candles and incense, and say a little prayer or some veres over them. Short, sweet, and honors the gods. Thats basically what my rituals consist of because I can't do much just in room.

First of all, there is no amount of ritual or celebration you HAVE to do. Anything will suffice or nothing will suffice, it's all up to how much you want to do.
Ideas:
Feast with family or coven members
Save and plant seeds from the fruits consumed during the feast or ritual. If they sprout, grow the plant or tree with love and as a symbol of your connection with the Lord and Lady
Walk through the fields and orchards or spend time along springs, creeks, rivers, ponds and lakes reflecting on the bounty and love of the Lord and Lady.
Bake bread in honour of the first reapings of the grain harvest.
If you have a well or spring in your areas, bless it and decorate it with flowers and ivy.
Harvest the first crops from your garden and dedicate them to the Old Gods. If you don't have a garden, take a trip to a local farmer's market and purchase some vegetables and fruits to dedicate.
Make a corn dolly.
Have a singing contest
Float some flowers at your local creek.
