The phrase for the week is: passion in action.
This week begins on a stormy note; the Taurus Moon squares Uranus while heliocentrically (from the Sun's perspective) Mercury squares Mars \/\ Your established security needs can conflict with an unexpected or impulsive need to create change. Changing impulsively may get the energy moving, but can also be tense, unnerving, and possilby physically damaging if you're too aggressive. The conflict can stalemmate all morning as the Moon becomes void of course until entering Gemini in the afternoon.
Once the Moon enters Gemini Monday afternoon, your curious mind can start connecting to more people, places, and paperwork, but there can be both active and covert opposition to everything you do and think, and even if you consciously try to be pleasant, someone may call you on that as well, though probably not to your face. Venus opposes Pluto and Mars and relationships can take on a suspicious uncertainty as underlying passions and tensions are stir up deep-seated, unacknowledged, and unconscious jealousies. Power struggles are possible, but cooperation can empower all your relationships.
Thursday Mars stations Direct (resumes forward motion). Mars is also opposing Venus Thursday morning. If you've been holding back on an action, plan, or passion, you can feel compelled to move forward now, but take your time if you can because it takes Mars time to start moving at normal motion again and being too impatient with your agenda can get you in trouble, even physically. The opposition to Venus can bring up more jealousies, and the impulse to actually DO something about it or blame someone else for your feelings can be extra strength. But the action will come back to you, and reverberate outwards, so make sure it's not intended to do damage, because the ability to harm others and yourself is exceptionally high this week.
Friday is the New Moon in Cancer. This is the second New Moon in Cancer (the first was with the Solar Eclipse on July 21). And as the Sun and Moon both prepare to leave Cancer and enter Leo this weekend, you can be reminded one more time of the past, your roots, and what you need to feel secure enough to continue your development in the future. And with the entrance of the Moon into Leo on Saturday and the Sun on Sunday, opportunities to feel the love and express your heart continue to grow.
A note about aspects: except for Moon aspects (that last only a few hours), you will see the effects most notably for 3 days before aspects become exact, with a noticeable drop off after leaving the same degree. Changes that linger before or after are the psychological effect of the aspect, while actual events will (statistically) happen when the aspects are within 3 days of being exact.
