strength request

i need strength....emotional and psychological, both in equal parts.....i'm slowly arriving at the end of a serious long term relationship that i fear will end very badly....i may be homeless in a couple of months....possibly jobless as well....i am slowly (but faster than my relationship) going insane as i have no ability to release the anger and despair that has been building for about...oh.....15 years.....and may reach its peak in the next few weeks....i really don't want to do anything crazy.....i don't want to humilate or hurt myself or others....which is why i ask for your energy.....i will be going to bed shortly and have a small calming ritual going through my mind as i type....hopefully, w/ your combined energies i will be able to fall asleep and awake tomorrow less worriesome and far less pissed off......

I'm arriving at the end of a similar situation..and went through the same fears of going into "explosion mode" that you are describing...and pretty recently too...

But here I am..all in one piece..thank heavens...
may you purge all the negative feelings responsibly and replace them with spiritual healing and growth...
