What is easier to learn Tarot or Runes?

I have a set of runes that were given to me when I was a young lad. I lost he book that went with them but every now and then I get the urge to get them out and see what I can do with them.
I never really got the hang of them but would like to give it another try either with the Runes or Tarot

I learnt Tarot first then Runes just recently (last four months ~ I think!) but Id say for you... Runes would be a brilliant bet to learn first ~ because you already have a set! & theres only 24 of them where as there are 78 Tarot cards to learn! Plus Runes, I have recently found are straight to the point and very direct in answering questions aswell as general readings! I think youll get along with them just fine!!
If you do a search on google for Runes you will find loads of brilliant sites to explore and learn with.. & Rick is soon going to be running lessons here!!! :D Rune by Rune.. so we can all learn together!!

I knew the name had a connection somewhere, I've read it in a few books but being the rookie I wasn't sure of the origins. :)

I haven't gotten too indepth of runes yet, since I'm still working on making my own..
but I find it easy to relate to the tarot cards... there is always room for you to put in a personal view on the card.

I suppose it really all depends on what appeals to you. Like Silver Venus said, It'll probably be easier to do the runes first.
