An Obituary and my Thanks

I want to thank everyone who lent energy in the last days of my dear friend and supervisor Nick Ogalvie.

He quietly passed away in his sleep yesterday evening after a valient struggle against cancer. His legacy is immotal in the Crystal Ballroom in Portland Oregon which his band opened in 1966.
