Quitting smoking...

I've recently within the last two days given up cigarettes. It's become really trying and all prayers would be appreciated.

PM me if you want to rant and rave or need some ideas to help because I've done it. But even better than that is joining in one of the quitting threads in the Health and Beauty forum - lots of people sharing and coming up with ideas is usually better than just one!

Sending love, with energy for strength to make your health your priority, face your nicotine addiction head on and come out on top of it. You can do this.

It is hard. I tried & failed, well I cut back alot, but.....Just keep trying in the end you'll feel better. Hopefully, you'll have better willpower than me. You'll make it, everyone does, just alot of hard work.
