Hi,
Everyone another question!
I recently started meditating and a problem keeps occuring. I start of breathing until i get into a relexed state and then when i am almost their something pulls me back into awarness.I mean i literally feel like i am being pulled. Noone interrupts me or anything.
What am i doing wrong?

Are u in a place you feel confortable in? Or is the room cluttered and usually walked in? It could be because your conscious is distracted and it keeps pullin you back to your conscious state because it IS too distracted. You need to find somewhere nice and clean, cause a messy place can mix up energys and make it harder for you to concentrate.
It could also be a barrier, your sub-concscious thinks you may not be ready so it wants you to do something before you embark on it's journey, and pherhaps finding out what the thing is you have to do, will enable u to do so.:D I am not a master of meditation but I have experience, It takes much practice and I am still trying to get past the barriers that my sub-concsious is holding for me. you just have to practice and you may get it.

I've had the same thing happen to me! Although I was attempting to astral project. I made the mistake of trying to look at my own body the first time around. Whoa! Big mistake! All of a sudden I was aware that I couldn't move any part of my real body and it literally felt like I was being pulled by a rope back to reality. I get that pulling sensation when I'm not quite sure what I'm doing, or I'm a little nervous. Maybe it's just the Goddess's mothering kicking in saying, "Hey! Slow down!" :D

Always a good idea to set up a protective circle and make sure you're meditating somewhere comfortable, safe, and clean. You might try using a few affirmations to reassure yourself that you are safe and secure, and that you can do this. After that, just practice, practice, practice! :)

if you loose focus bring your attention back to your breathing.
