Does anyone know how to induce dreams? It seems I never have them anymore and I just want to have a dream!

We all dream, but perhaps you don't remember them.
I'll copy you some of the info I have on dreams in my BOS though:
Clarity in Dreams
~ Mugwort
Steep 1tsp-2tsp in boiling water for 20mins, taken before bed or place beneath pillow whilst sleeping.
Caution: Toxic in large doses. In some (particularly men) Mugwort may cause dreams to become ‘hyperactive’ & this may carry through to the next waking day.
Prophetic Dreams
~ MugwortSteep 1tsp-2tsp in boiling water for 20mins, taken before bed or place beneath pillow whilst sleeping.
Caution: Toxic in large doses. In some (particularly men) Mugwort may cause dreams to become ‘hyperactive’ & this may carry through to the next waking day.
~ Jasmine
Burn as incense whilst sleeping (safely)
Lucid Dreams
~ Vitamin B Complex
Take before sleep, usually in tablet form.
~ St. Johns Wort
Steep 1stp in boiling water before bed. Take for 4 or 5 days, then rest for a period.
~ Lobelia
Steep 1 heaped teaspoon in boiling water for 20mins before bed (can be mixed with skullcap effectively)
~ Skullcap
Steep 1 heaped teaspoon in boiling water for 20mins before bed (can be mixed with lobelia effectively)
I have also heard that rearranging your sleeping pattern causes you to sleep lighter and so be more aware of what you're dreaming, though this doesn't work for me because I have a very set pattern of sleep and still wake up when I usually do regardless of when I go to sleep

Thanks for the info! I'll have to give some of them a try... I don't think I can do too much to my sleeping pattern w/a 7 month old baby who just happens to be teething and waking up by 7am at the very latest! ;)
Thanks again!

You could also make a dream satchel/pillow and put it under your pillow. Dreamcatchers also can work placed above your bed.

Interesting thread. Most of my recent dreams turn out to make very good stories.

I have a dream catcher in my daughter's bedroom window. Thanks for more tips!

You are probably having them and not remembering them. Get a watch that beeps every hour and if you wake up remembering a dream, write it down. That is one way to get more in touch with your dreams.

Good advice... I usually make sure I have read something before I sleep. For some reason it 'programs' my dreams.. much like watching a horor film did to have nightmares when you were a kid.. If we can read..or even meditate on a subject, I have noticed for me, it appears in the dreams..Now, if you go to bed too tired, at least I don't remember them.

When I do remember my dreams, I feel very tired, can anyone explain that?

you might not be in full REM sleep. The dreams I tend to remember the most are the ones I have right before waking but they can last an hour or more. And I always am slightly aware of my surrondings.
