Astral Journies and what you have to say....

I'm looking everywhere for information on astral journeys and i've gotten alot, so no need to worry...what i want to know is if any of you have had experiences...what happened...any tips....and if you will not do it for a certain reason, please do tell.

My first time was when I was sixteen. I still remember it well and I'm 44.
It was great. I had help with a professor at that time. When I did it a few years later it was more frightening because I didnt feel as much control(going at it alone). I stopped for a few years.
About 20 years ago I started doing it again and slowly learned control, and confidence.
After doing it more often, it did and still will happen on its own(not offen and its brief). Also my claravoyence increased more.
I wont say what happen on those trips because its personal but I believe it should only be done with caution. I was lucky to have the professor with me my first time. I would never have started without direct guidence.
I will probably do it once in a while for the rest of my life. It can be a great teaching tool.
