mongoose and snake.

In this dream last night, I was carrying a cobra but I didnt know it was a cobra. I went down a wooden flight of stairs and at the bottom was a mongoose...

I threw the cobra at it b/c I thought the mongoose was going to attack me.I still didnt know it was a snake I was holding.....
It turns out teh the mongoose protected me and killed the snake..


edited to add, the mongoose was sleeping and just waking when I threw the snake. The first thought into my head when I saw it was rabies!!!!!!!! lol.

Interesting. You do know that in the wild, mongooses in fact have duels with cobras for a chance at a snake dinner, eh? :)

Snakes are actually the symbol of sensuality. My first instinct is to tell you that I feel like you're having a personal relationship that is a little difficult on your feelings. Since the mongoose protected you, I'm having a personal conflict about the meaning. :lol:

Hmm...well, from the aspect of everything, it sounds more like a personal discomfort. Now that I think about it a little more, you must have someone in your life that looks out for you, perhaps even comforts you during difficult situations. This is what I feel the dream is more leaning towards. It seems like more of a reflection upon that specific person rather than any sort of real relationship. :)
