OK, I was staying at a convent of some kind, for women who could channel magic and such...
After much fighting over why I got to sleep on a bed while they had to sleep in these metal box things, it was time to fight the Dark One...
We met with him in a dome of some kind, he and a female confidante were standing over a pool of clear water. She was wearing a Ruby necklace with giant Ruby teardrop, a silver and ruby ring, and a silver ring.
Once the Dark One started to speak she threw her jewels into the pool. My teacher, the other women and I had a plan, when the fighting began, I was to swim down and get the Jewry. But b/f we could fight, the Dark one, with his power, took the jewelry out of the water and put it on me. The Silver and ruby ring magically sized to fit on the ring finger on my right, also the silver on my right pinkie fing.
The necklace was plastic though.
I could channel much power through these rings, to fight him, but I had to cleanse them first.
The battle then began, there were people that could not wield the power trying to fight the dark one's minions, and I told them "Non magic people only fight non magic things, for your own safety."
The fighting went on with me using my power, but my daughter woke me up b/f I could beat the tar out of him lol.
