Im no expert on scrying with a crystal ball, i do have one myself, but have never cryed with it. So i can't really give advice on how to start scrying for a beginner.
But i am pretty sure the cloudiness shouldn't affect it - infact, i've heard, that alot of people prefer it if the crystal ball has any flaws inside of it.
Good Luck

Its all personaly preference, what works for you. If you like it and think it will be ok it probably will, but if you dont like, it probably won't work - know what I mean?

the cloudiness really wont affect it at all if its the ball thats meant for you. my ball is blue calcite and it looks like its broken inside and its wonderful. I also have a crystal one with a few bubbles inside and it works no differently.....
