In the subject...state these things!
COUNTRY - STATE or PROVINCE - CITY - NAME OF EVENT - DATE
If there is no DATE yet...then dont put one. (For events with a date not yet set.)
Also, if there is no specific City involved...then you can leave that out as well.
Thats it! Dont put anything else. Put all the needed info in your post..

a desciption of the event?
Like if you have the press release of the event, are you allowed to post that?
Cos our Arts Festival is coming up and I'm involved in one of the projects. I haven't got all the details yet.
I wondered if I could post the information about it.
Especially the Dance Recital on Salinity.

Keep to the specifics.......
Who....What.....Where......When
As to not keep others guessing.
If you think that others should know, then tell all and don't keep them hanging.
Right? :D

I’d like to tell everyone about Womongathering 2004's wonderful incentive for early registration. Kam DeLong donated a drum to Womongathering, and Cedar of Willow Moon Designs offered one of her designs for it. Beverly Nadelman of Prism Concepts is carving it.
To be eligible to win the drum, womyn need to register with payment before the Winter Solstice - December 21, 2003. A single name will be drawn from all the full registrations postmarked by that date, and the winner receives this beautiful one-of-a-kind drum!
Womongathering is a womon-only festival held in upstate Penn, from June 10 to 13. It's a spiritual community, with rituals and plenty of mind-expanding workshops. The registration fee is $260 if postmarked by Dec. 21st, and it makes a great holiday gift for yourself or someone you love.
To get a registration form, or if you have questions, email womongathr@aol.com or ashling2000@hotmail.com or call (856)-694-2037. Registration forms are available on our website http://www.womongathering.com

Jenny,
I've been to your site many times. :)
I would like to suggest to you however that you might want to start your own thread about this so that it doesn't get lost. This thread was meant really just to post the guidelines of this particular forum and somehow they got jumbled. :D
I'd love to see you get some more publicity out of this...and many more folks coming your way.
Much love--
Wtchy :hugz:
