Merry Meet
When I say create I don't actually mean make one, because I have a st. Christoher pendant which I would like to charge as an amulet (If charge is the right word).
As st. Christopher is a saint of protection I would like him to protect me, but how do I do this?
I have looked through all my books and can't find anything on amulets, Please help! :fpraise:
I have been meaning to do this for ages!
And could you please include any herbs, day of the week to do it on and the moon phase to dedicate this pendandt for this purpose.
Thankyou
Blessed Be

I dont know much about St. Christopher,But i do know if your going to charge an amulet for protection do it on a full moon. What i would do is pass it through the smoke of frankincense or bay leaf to cleanse it then meditate while holding the pendant and think of the deitie that you want to protect you, you may want to chant the deitie's name. Do this on a Sunday.

I wish you luck. ^_^

Cymru am byth.

You could prey on it, and honour it for three times three nights, every night... sometimes persons like to pass them through boiling mint leaves, or boiling oak leaves.

Personally, Full Moon or not doesn't bother me. :)

In addition to both of the already stated great suggestions.....how about sprinkling it with alittle holy water out of the basin of your local Catholic chruch?
I do this every now and again with my Notre-Dame D'Afrique medal.
According to the Catholic website I just went to, St. Christopher used to bear people on his back across dangerous streams.....so maybe use some fresh water from a stream or creek?
