Hello everyone,
It has been quite a while that I have lost my job and I have not been able to find a new one, I have been sending out my resume left and right but companies would rather hire younger people, I feel I have become invisible, sometimes I get so sad that I can feel the taste of sadness in my mouth, but what worries me is not just unemployment because of bad economy or this or that, it is the so called bad luck, I feel I am surrounded by a negative cloud, I feel any thing I touch turns into dust, believe me I am not exaggerating, I am just stating the fact, sometime people hear about bad luck because they don't understand it, they start giving you pep talk which is worse than kicking you in the head.
one or two or three disappointments is not considered bad luck, but when it continues for years and in many different ways (not just employment) then it becomes like a bad cold that does not go away and needs treatment.
I would be grateful if you remember me in your prayers,

Oh no. This is so hard to go through. Be careful, because when a string of negativity seems to be around, it can often trigger depression, which just makes you feel worse, then makes things go worse, and then... you get the idea. I'm going to try not to pep talk you, becuase I know how much it irritates me, but sometimes if you can fake the happiness, it starts to become real. Do you have a support network in real life? Anybody you can count on to just listen to you?
