Wow... I am probably not the right person to speak with you on that subject other than the fact that I was the subject of one of those cases...

OK so how bout we start up a network within the peer councilors...... those who are availble for consulting on specific areas, and then the peer councilors can even Huddle with a few of them to discuss the best advice to give to the person...... and the person with the problem knows and is ok with that :)

If it helps any, I've gone through custody battles as a child of parents having a really bitter divorce, stood by several friends as they went through custody issues, gone through my own divorce and custody battle, and am still going through The Mate's massive four year custody war. I am not a lawyer, but I do have several sources of information, and lots of resources.
