I have asked in a few other sites about this and cant get an answer. Maybe someone here can help. I have Fibromialgia and am in constant pain. Does anyone out there know of any herbs that will help dull it? I have found some herbs that work for headaches but that is all.

Hi, Duchess. I've never heard of your condition before, but would be glad to look into possible herbal remedies for it. I am currently launching my own investigation into what I can use for my own pain (I just had a herniated disc in my neck removed and replaced with a polyurethane bushing). If you would explain the nature of your problem to me, I will try to find you some information.

I'm not sure if this will be helpful to anyone, but here's what I found in one of my books:
"Eat lots of celery, and drink a daily half glass of celery juice for a three-week cure when your joints are particularly painful."

"Prickly ash is the perfect remedy for those suffering from chronic rheumatism, arthritis, and other joint problems... a warming pain reliever."

This came from "The Green Witch Herbal" by Barbara Griggs from Healing Arts Press.
I'm still looking, though!

I would suggest the same as I told Belladona, Devil's Claw is a very good analgesic and is particulary noted for it's relief on arthritis and other joint related inflamation.

Hope it helps

Someone needs to get Selenelucina to look at this thread she has it too and may have some ideas. I'll email her.
