A sphere of light...

A couple of years ago I experienced something that, to me, was utterly amazing. To this day i still don't know what it was and didn't know who to speak to about it. So i am going to ask you lovely people to see if someone here might be able to put a bit of light on the subject.

I was living in the country and had a boyfriend that was very... psychic? He could read my mind, know what i was feeling and could do the most amazing things. I was only just starting out on my path and he helped me alot. But anyway, one day i was laying on my bed dozing and i had this wonderful feeling come over me. Something made me look up to the left corner of my bedroom and i saw this beautiful egg shaped circle. It had just about every colour you could imagine inside of it and was sort of strobing those colours. It is hard to describe, words can hardly describe the beauty of this... thing. I wish i knew what it was. The reason i mentioned my boyfriend at the time, is that he happened to come over on that same day/time this happened. I was on my knees on the bed looking up at it (sort of oohing and ahhhing over it) when he walked in the room. The second he walked in the room it dissappeared. I have never seen it again. He didn't know what it was either. Everytime i think of this experience, i get this warm feeling and can see it in my mind.

I'd love to know what it may have been. So if anyone has any insight to this, i would live to hear from you.

I know you said that he said that he didn't know what it was, but have you ever thought that he could have been playing around with some energy?

He might of been, we don't speak anymore so i couldn't ask him. This guy would astral project (? I think that is what he did) into my house before he came over to see if i was home and that i wasn't busy. It was quite unnerving sometimes, to feel him there and then 20 minutes later he would turn up.
But i got the feeling it was nothing to do with him. I was just starting out, in a way, and weird things would happen to me all the time. I know he was in my life to further my knoweledge in a way and when there was nothing more for him to do we parted ways. Maybe i wasn't as ready as Spirit thought i was. I don't know.
All i know is that this sphere of light was the most beautiful thing i have ever seen. It probably has no meaning to me what so ever, but it has been bugging me for years so i thought i would put it out there to get some insight.

I for one know exactly what you are talking about....I saw a sphere of light like that in my bedroom one night years ago....It was absolutely beautiful and gave off the most peaceful, friendly,calming vibes I have encountered in my entire life...don't know what it was, but it was magnificent!

Some where here on MW I wrote about it....but in was in someone elses thread and for the life of me, I can't remember what it might be about....maybe fairies or angels.......

that sounds really cool. I would have to double check but the experience reminds me of descriptions of chi spirits. I will have to consult my library. (Don't I sound studious)

Thanks I like my name to so we have something in common. Okay enough narcisism I really only remember reading a little bit about them and since I am in college now I don't have access to my reading materials but from what I have read that i remember they were "personifications" of chi or the life force. They are suppose to induce that euphoric sense and most often when they are seen they don't have a body per say. If I get home soon I will look it up again to see if I am right.

I see at least one of them every night in my bedroom. Sometimes they are large, sometimes they are tiny. I dont get a bad feeling from them so I just watch them until they go away.

I have never seen them since that day though I can still close my eyes and picture it perfectly.
