Meat eating dream

Last night, I had a really scary nightmare that I just couldn't wake up from.

(Just for some info, I've been vegan for the past 3 weeks now or so)

Last night, I dreamt that I was eating meat and I just couldn't stop myself. I was eating supper and I was just chowing down on some chicken. Then I was outside sitting on some grass eating a hamburger from Burger King. All through the night, I was somewhere eating some form of animal product. It was really disturbing me but I couldn't wake up from it.

Does anyone know why exactly I was dreaming that? I've been worried lately about accidentally consuming animal products but in my dream, it was no accident.

probably a result of your new diet. you might be craving meat, like LadyLeo said definately make doubly sure you are getting both enough protein and iron in your diet. Vegan diets can be especially tricky to get a proper and healthy nutrient balance in them...if you've any questions at all about your diet you may want to consult a nutritionist if you haven't already.
