Why? Because this migraine is going to kill me before long anyway. Any energy for this to go away is really really really welcome. Between this, having an upper respiratory infection (along with the Youngest, poor kid), and the huge stresses in the house right now (long story best left for another time)... My head is extremely painful yet again. After a few years of having maybe 1 or two migraines, this is the 3rd one in a week. And it's the whole thing, blurry vision, nausea, noise sensitivity, all of it.

Make it go away, please!?

I have a recipe for you

Mix 1/2 cup each of apple cider vinegar and water. Bring to a boil and inhale the fumes. Works great for migraines and to clear head colds..

If you have any eucalyptus oil in the house and sea salt, mix them together in a small container. Only a drop or two of the oil. Carry it with you and sniff it. It will help with the headache and the congestion.:sleepybed

sending energy your way, headaches are so horrible. Every once and a while I'll get a migraine so bad that it'll cause me to vomit. Try putting something cold accross your forehead then lay there with your eyes closed, it helps with mine.
