A class-thing taught by the marvelous me covering an 'Introduction to Wicca for the Modern Teen'? Yea,h with a differrent name of course. ;D Yeah, it would cover things in a nutshell like dealing with your parents and your own altar. so, I'm getting your opinion before I go ahead and humilate myself and PM Morr.

Yaaay. Positive feedback. I'm not Wiccan at all anymore. But I guess it was just a phase of mine... heh. Yeah, but I still study it and whatnot. For about four years. Someone more qualified should teach it but I need something to do with myself. I'm on the borderline of LaVeyan Satanism, its nifty. o_o;

Yes, that would be a good idea......so you mean when you first posted this idea you were Wiccan and now you're in the process of converting to Satanism? I've heard some pretty WEIRD things about that....what exactly goes on at that church? Do you know? I know the beliefs of Satanism but what exactly do you do? I heard things like LeVay uses naked women's bodies for an altar? And there's animal sacrifices? And orgies? Is all this true? If so I hope you won't be teaching any of THAT in the class if you are still teaching it.

You really need to read the threads in the Paths forum on Satanism. They don't do anything like that.

DArkHeart13, thats called SRA and is for the most part fictional. SRA is Satanic Ritual Abuse and rarley goes on. Most SRA happens in Traditional Satanic cults. Not all Satanists are like that at all. I will not be mentioning Satanism in the course as its not about Satanism but about Wicca. All those things about sacrafices are just made-up stories. If you read the Satanic Bible Anton LaVey clearly points out that no such things are involved.

Okay, it's just I did do some research on LaVey and I came across one website that had pictures and essays about Black Mass and things like that. The Black Mass thing clearly stated that they do sacrifices....yet there were also a lot of joke things on the site so was that a joke too?

And I was watching a story on Lifetime (Unsolved Mysteries) about this old woman who forced her grandson to watch Satanic videos and perform Black Magick with her. Well the parents found out and the kid was really traumatized by all this. If I remember right they did mention LaVey. So what's the connection here?

I honestly don't believe ALL Satanists are bad people....my mom was friends with a Satanist at work and he was really nice. But he went by LaVey's stuff and he really did worhsip Satan. He told her that much. So I'm just a bit confused......
However, if you ever want to teach a class on Satanism I would love to sign up so I can learn more about it......

I wouldn't mention Satanism as it has nothing to do with it (though there is the occaisonal gruge against 'white magicians'). There are some crazies out there, however, that do sacrafice things, but they usually aren't LaVeyan. If you've read the Satanic Bible you'll know that there is absolutly no sacrafice or rape or anythinginvolved in it. And I'd not all LaVeyan satanists worship satan, my church, the Church of satan, certainly does not. So uh, yeah. ^^

You go to the Church of Satan? What's that like? What's a regular service like? When and how long do you go? Sorry about all the questions...lol. Oh, and there is one more. If Satanists don't believe in worshiping any deity, if they don't even believe in Satan or God for that matter, then why do they do things like recite the Lord's prayer backwards and blaspheme against God purposefully? Why do that if you don't believe in him? Wouldn't that just be wasting your time? And reciting the Lord's prayer backwards is like reciting it for Satan who you don't believe in so why do that? And if you can tell me, what exactly goes on during Black Mass? Yeah I know I said I only had one more question but more just kept popping in my head...lol

Um, I don't actually -go- there... I'm to young to be an actual member as I need parental consent. But, I preobably will become a member. When I'm legal. Dx And that whole reciting the Lord's parayer is fictional too. And we only are "blasphemous" due to the fact that we disagree with Judeo-Christian teachings.

Oh....well do you know anything about what they do? What goes on there? Do you know what an actual Black Mass is? I just feel really weird trying to look it up cuz I get a lot of actual "Satan Worshiping" stuff that I really don't want to read. And well, the 'rents won't let me have a Satanic Bible in the house so I don't really know where to look. It was only 7 bucks too....my parents don't care if I read on it and stuff but like I said, I get some disturbing stuff when I try to get info about it and I'd hate it if my parents came in and saw that.....lol
Umm...yeah I knew Satanists didn't agree with Christian teachings but don't Satanists disagree with other religous teachings as well?
I personally don't agree with anything in the Old Testament but the New Testament is Christ's teachings which I do agree with. I agree with the teachings of Christ, but I don't agree with the way Christians of today act. All the Christians I know are stupid, judgmental, prejudice, claim to be know it alls, and don't have respect for anyone who doesn't conform to their ways. That's why I don't call myself a Christian although I believe in Jesus. I thought by being a Pagan with Wiccan beliefs I guess that I could honor Jesus more in that way because Christians I know just aren't what a true Christian should be to me. Anyway, I am WAY off track here...lol...sry.....Anyway, how long have u been into Satanism? Tell me everything you know..lol

And since I haven't been to "black Mass" I can't tell you anything aobut it. And I've been into sAtanism for only a month or so. So its not the best idea to me asking /me/.
