Update re my friend's brother

Thanks to all who sent energy! I'm sorry for not updating sooner. He came through the surgery remarkably well, and the doctors say it will be a slow but full recovery. The only 'hitch' was that he had a mild stroke at some point during this, which of course adds to recovery time/needs.
