it's not very nice for people surrounding me when i sniff because it is so loud, are there any spells or stones to help?

I have a recipe for you to try

run water until very cold. Mix together 2 cups of cold water with 1 tablespoon of epsom salts and 2 teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda. Dip a clean cloth in the liquid and place over sinus area. Replace to keep area cold. Relieves stuffy nose fast

Eucaleptes (sp?) works wonders as does Vick's vapo-rub. Sudafed's a good decongestant as well.

VICKS vapour rub in bowl of hot water, steam your head for 20 minutes...thats what i do...
