Hey all, if you can, please send some energy Shadowulfe's way. He had a seizure at work the other night. He's fine now, but just drained. Not too mention he and his wife have a newborn as well as their toddler daughter.

well, i have the tendancy to overwork myself (im a work-a-holic) while at work. although i could possibly have another seizure, i don't think i will. this was the first (and hopefully the last) seizure i have had in well over 5 years
