Dream a friend had about me

Two days ago a friend had a dream that she needed to talk to me, badly. She finally found me in this room. She doesn't know where the room is, it just kind of popped up out of nowhere. I was standing in the middle of this room, and it was very black. It was the kind of blackness that was very thick and inky. She said that it appeared almost sticky and slick like oil. When she was looking at me, she noticed something very large behind me. It was dark and black like the rest of the room, and she had no idea what it was. All she could see was the size and the color. She tried to say something to me, but couldn't talk. She said I appeared to be stuck in the room, and couldn't come out or speak or anything. I was there and it freaked her out. In the dream she felt almost like the darkness wanted me, like it was sucking me in, and I was going willingly (at least at first). I was there and couldn't leave.

She said the dream really bothered her, and she sensed there was some sort of black magic there. She also said that her dream brought up what she first thought about me when we met. She said that she sensed something very dark in me, but she was always to scared to ask me about it. She just seems to think that darkness is around me and wants me. Thing is, she didn't know that I've had an internal struggle for years. I don't know what to think of the dream, and neither does she. Any ideas?

this dream could be in regards to a number of things..
maybe your friend thinks you are doing something that isnt good for you or that something is going on that you dont know how to get out of and thats why she feels your stuck in the room.. the fact that she tried to say something but couldnt talk could mean that she doesnt know how to help you with what she thinks is wrong or she thinks that maybe you wont listen or want help..
maybe she thinks your spiritual path is something bad.. if a person doesnt understand something often times they will automaticly think it is a bad thing especially if it isnt something that is the 'norm'
the other thing could be that some ppl can sense when a person walks into a room if they have things going on in their life or past that they have struggled with and even though they dont know the details they can pick up on the residue energy from what has or is going on.. she may have picked up on that.. you said you have had internal struggles for years well that could be what has prompted this dream too.. i'd say the best bet is to sit down and talk it out with her.. it could end up that nothing comes of it or you could get to the bottom of it all (if there is actually anything to get to the bottom of that is )
